...as the "economy" improves,we have went from six and/or five day weeks,to "no more than forty hours" weeks,to four day(32 hr) weeks...this week i had to shitcan a whole crew,they dropped us to three day weeks,gave me two crews,to work twelve hour shifts..."be happy,now you 'guys' will get thirty six hours...instead of just thirty two"

...anyway,we'll have the meeting,they'll snowball the sheep,only about five of us twenty nine souls there,have awakened to their plight...the 'suits' have been in,i'm assuming bankers..."we're gonna save twenty percent on our energy bill,while maintaining our customer requirements"...bullshit...anyone who has knowledge of plastics knows,heating up is expensive,maintaining temps are cheap by comparison,cold start ups are the killer,'downtime/restarts' is the killer,our machinery are quite large,limited down time,even a couple days,those presses don't "cool off" that much...but four days(?) in the cold season(?)..."energy savings" my ass,it'll cost'em more..."requirements" shrinking...to a 72 hr runtime,versus 96...
