...well here it is RW,rained out today,bloggin'instead,fished the river but runoff was fast and river artificially high,no boat action at all...we weren't rained on ourselves,but it rained all night,rain sheds filled the creeks and river...gonna go again later...smallies are startin'to hit

...ten acres(+ -),on a hill,good over head cover/several clearings,sloping with a creek,lines of sight and egress are topkick...i got 'the peak' but not the back slope(well,i aint got it yet,but for arguments sake)main two track/driveway in off county road,both sides currently private parcels backed up to mass landowner/farmer,critters abound...so far so good in bargaining...
